How soon can I get my order?
We strive to ship all orders the moment the fish are in their best condition for travel. We can fulfill orders quickly when picked up using our curb-side pickup location. Before shipment, however, fish must be fasted for 36 hours to eliminate possible waste contamination of the water. Weather conditions will also come into play. We prefer to ship fish on Mondays or Tuesdays to allow for several days of business shipping in the case any unexpected delays. We will not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. All fish are shipped as 24 hour priority shipments to ensure the fastest delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we are not offering international shipping. However, this may change in the future. Please check back for future adjustments to shipping destinations.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing options through Klarna.
